(Leavenworth, Kan.)鈥擳he 花椒直播 Community Band will present the annual Spring Concert at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24 in Xavier Theatre on the 花椒直播 Leavenworth Campus, 4100 South 4th Street.

The event is free and open to the public.

The program will include concert band arrangements of orchestral works by Beethoven and Brahms, as well as American classics, like the "King Cotton March" by Sousa and "A Bernstein Tribute" by Grundman, to mark the worldwide centennial birthday celebration of Leonard Bernstein. The program will finish with Leroy Anderson's iconic "Buglers' Holiday" and von Suppe's "Light Cavalry Overture."

The Community Band includes USM students and faculty, community members, area professionals, and local high school students.
