(Leavenworth, Kan.)鈥擳he 花椒直播 Division of Humanities & Liberal Arts presents the annual Spring Concert with the Community Band Tuesday, April 23 at 7 p.m. in Xavier Theatre on the 花椒直播 Leavenworth Campus, 4100 South 4th Street.
The concert is free and open to the public.
The program will open with Handel's Water Music, including the well-known Hornpipe. Additional selections in the programs are works by Wagner, Stravinsky, and Holst, as well as the Old American Dances and the South Pacific Symphonic Scenario by Robert Russell Bennett.
Graduating seniors Meshach Adams (percussionist) and Juan Tirado-Garcia (trombonist) will be honored.
The concert will be conducted by Dr. William Krusemark, director of music, and local musician Rob Gaslin.
